How to Pause Your Account

Log in to your account at web.lingoculture.com

Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "My Account"

Head to the "Billing and Plans" section

Click the middle button labeled "Pause"

Select your pause duration: 2 Weeks, 1 Month, 3 Months, or Custom Date

Important Things to Note

Your account will only be paused at the end of your current billing period

Special Rates: If you are currently on a discounted rate, pausing (or cancelling) your account will cause you to lose that rate. When you return, you will need to pay the standard price for that subscription

While your account is paused, you will not be charged, but you also won't be able to book new classes
