At LingoCulture, we want you to feel completely confident in your French learning investment. That is why we offer a "Better than Risk-Free" guarantee during your first two weeks with us. Votre satisfaction est notre priorite! (Your satisfaction is our priority!)

 

The 14-Day "Better Than Risk-Free" Guarantee

We offer a 100% refund of your membership fee, plus an additional $20, within the first 14 calendar days from the date you first sign up for your 7-day trial.

  • First-Time Students Only: This refund policy is only valid for a student's first time signing up.

  • Eligibility: Available to customers who are unhappy with the service within that initial 14-day window.

  • Feedback: Before we issue a refund, we will ask you to explain what elements of the service you were unhappy with. This helps us keep improving LingoCulture for everyone.

After 14 calendar days from your initial sign-up, we are unable to offer refunds as we have hard costs, such as paying our teachers, that must be covered.

 

How to Receive the Extra $20

To qualify for the additional $20 USD on top of your full refund, there are a few simple conditions to meet during your first 14 days:

  1. Try Variety: You must have taken classes with at least 2 different teachers.

  2. Usage Limit: You must have taken fewer than 10 classes total.

  3. PayPal Info: You must provide us with an email address so we can send the $20 USD via PayPal.

You must provide your PayPal email within 30 days of your refund request, or the additional $20 will be forfeited.

 

Automatic Renewal Refunds

If your subscription automatically renews and you are charged, you may be eligible for a refund of that latest payment only if:

  • You have not taken any classes or used any services during that new billing cycle

  • It has been no more than 3 days since the charge occurred

In these cases, please contact us immediately to process the request.

 

How to Request Your Refund

Requests are processed within a reasonable period on business days. Please note that the refund process may result in your account being deleted.
