We’re here for you. If your class didn’t meet your expectations, we want to know.

Whether something felt off, misaligned, or simply not what you hoped for, your experience matters, and your voice helps us grow.

🧭 How to Share Your Experience

There are several ways to let us know what happened. Choose the one that feels most comfortable for you:

📝 Leave Feedback: After class, you’ll see a feedback option. Our team reads every comment, and don’t worry: it’s anonymous.

💬 Live Chat: Reach out to our support team directly through the platform’s live chat. We’re here to listen and help.

📧 Email Valentine: Our Head of Customer Support & Experience, Valentine, is happy to hear from you and follow up personally ([email protected]).

🕵️‍♀️ What Should I Mention?

We welcome all kinds of insights, big or small. For example:

  • Was the teacher rude or dismissive?
  • Did you feel your preferences weren’t heard?
  • Did the teacher seem distracted or unprepared?
Including the teacher’s name and being specific about what happened helps us understand the situation clearly and respond effectively. The more context you give, the better we can support you.

😅 What Happens Next?

Some students worry that reporting an issue means we’ll send the teacher to the digital dungeon immediately. (We won’t, we don’t even have one... yet.)

Here’s what really happens:

  • Our team reviews the situation carefully.
  • We meet with the teacher to understand their perspective.
  • Together, we find the best resolution for each case: fair, thoughtful, and constructive.
We work hard to maintain high standards and have an incredible team of teachers. But we also know that different situations can arise, and sometimes students hesitate to speak up. Your feedback helps us protect the quality and care we promise.
