At LingoCulture, every class is part of a thoughtfully designed learning journey. To ensure continuity and personalization, our teachers complete a tailored internal document after each session.

This isn’t just a checklist, it’s a living record of your progress, strengths, and goals.

What’s in the Internal Document?

After your 45-minute class, your teacher uses the remaining time to write a detailed annotation for internal use. This includes:

  • ✅ What you worked on during class
  • 💡 Your strengths and areas for improvement
  • 🎯 Any requests or goals you’ve shared
  • 🧩 Activities, materials, or strategies used
This document helps other teachers prepare for your next class so, even if you switch instructors, they’ll be fully in sync with your learning trajectory.

🔒 Is This Information Shared With Me?

By default, these notes are for internal use only. However, if you’d like to receive insights from your teacher:

  • You can ask them to leave a summary in the platform chat
  • Or simply mention it before the end of class, our teachers are happy to share highlights when requested

🔄 Why It Matters

This system allows us to offer a seamless, personalized experience, no matter which teacher you work with. It’s part of our commitment to clarity, care, and continuity in every learning moment.
