Click on your profile picture in the top corner

Select "My Account" from the dropdown menu

Navigate to the "Give Feedback" section
What Kind of Feedback Should I Leave?
This section is specifically for Platform Feedback. This includes things like:

Feature Requests: "I would love to have notification sounds for my class reminders!"

Organization Ideas: "It would be great to have a section to store my personal French learning links."

Usability: "I find this specific button a bit hard to use on my mobile phone."

To make sure you get the help you need when you need it:

Not for Teacher Feedback: If you want to leave a review for a specific teacher, please do so through the "My Classes" or "Teachers" section.

Not for Urgent Support: This feedback area is not checked daily. For urgent issues, please use Live Chat (the speech bubble at the bottom right, usually within 2 minutes during working hours) or email us at [email protected] or [email protected].
