Your LingoCulture trial gives you 7 days to explore the platform, take your trial class, and decide if we're the right fit for your French learning journey. You have complete control over your subscription, including the ability to cancel anytime. Vous decidez! (You decide!)

Here's exactly what happens when you sign up:

  • Day 1: You pay $7 for your trial and get immediate access

  • Days 1-7: Your 7-day trial period. Take your trial class and explore the platform

  • Day 7: If you haven't cancelled, your chosen membership plan automatically begins, and you'll be charged

Your trial gives you 7 days from signup, not 7 days from your first class. Book your trial class early so you have plenty of time to decide!

How to Cancel Your Trial

Cancelling is simple and takes less than 2 minutes.

  1. Log in to your account at web.lingoculture.com

  2. Go to the Billing section in your account settings

  3. Check your trial end date. You'll see your current plan, when you'll be charged, and the amount

  4. Click the "Cancel" button

  5. Follow the prompts to confirm

Voila! Your trial is cancelled, and you won't be charged when the 7 days end.

What Happens After You Cancel?

You will lose the ability to book a trial class, but you will still be able to explore the platform.

  • Use the platform for the remainder of your 7 days

  • Access all features until the trial period expires

On Day 8, your access ends, and you won't be charged. Your account stays in our system, so if you come back later, your information may still be saved. Just contact us to reactivate rather than create a new account.

Many students take the trial just to explore, then come back later when they're ready to commit. That's totally fine! We'll be here when you're ready.
