Whether you're on a trial or a paid subscription, timing your cancellation correctly is key to avoiding surprise charges and keeping things très clair.
For Trial Students
Your trial includes 7 days and 3 free classes. You can cancel anytime, but here’s how to do it step-by-step (no tech wizardry required):
Step-by-Step Cancellation Tutorial
- Log in to your LingoCulture account.
 - Click on your profile icon (usually in the top right corner).
 - Select Billing & Plans from the dropdown menu.
 - Click the Cancel button.
 - Follow the cancellation flow, this is a short series of steps that confirms your decision and finalizes the cancellation.
 


🔔 Important Notes:
If you cancel before using all 3 trial classes, you won’t be able to continue using the platform, even if you had a class scheduled for tomorrow.
Once canceled, your trial ends immediately. You can only take the trial once, so make sure you’ve completed your classes before deciding.
For Paid Subscribers
If you're on a paid plan and planning to cancel:
- We recommend canceling a few days before your renewal date.
 - After canceling, you’ll still be able to:
 - Take any classes you’ve already booked
 - Cancel existing bookings
 - You won’t be able to book new classes or take classes after your next renewal date.
