Step-by-Step: How to Sign Up
Step 1: Go to the Pricing Page
Start by visiting our pricing page. You can get there in two ways:

Option A: Click the "Start Your $7 Trial" button at the top right of our homepage

Option B: Navigate to the Pricing section from the main menu

Step 2: Choose Your Plan
You'll see our four membership options:

Starter (4 classes/month)

Lite (8 classes/month)
-
Steady (12 classes/month) -- Most popular!

Unlimited (unlimited classes)

Step 3: Select Monthly or 6-Month
After selecting your plan, pick the option that fits your learning style:

Monthly Membership — Pay monthly with full flexibility. You can modify your plan anytime.

6-Month Membership — Save more with a longer commitment and enjoy steady progress.
Both include the same $7 trial! Pick what aligns best with your goals and your budget.
Step 4: Review Your Trial Details
You'll see a checkout summary showing your chosen plan, the $7 due today, and when your membership billing starts (7 days from today unless you cancel).
Step 5: Enter Your Information
You'll see the final signup form with fields for your first name, last name, email address, and payment information.
Step 6: Claim Your Trial Class!
Once you've filled in all the required fields, click the big "Claim your trial class" button. Et voila! You're officially a LingoCulture student! ๐

What Happens Next?
Immediately after signup:
- You'll receive a welcome email with your login details
- Before you jump into the dashboard, you'll start with a short questionnaire to help us personalize your experience!
- You can now book your first class!
Your trial period:
- You have 7 days to try LingoCulture
- Take your $7 trial class (50 minutes with a native teacher)
- Explore the platform, AI coach, and materials
- If you love it (we think you will!), do nothing. Your membership starts automatically after 7 days
If it's not for you, cancel easily in your account settings before the 7 days end
After 7 days:
- If you keep your membership, you'll be charged for your chosen plan
- Your weekly classes become available based on your plan
- You can change or cancel your plan anytime
Common Signup Questions
Q: Do I need to enter payment info for the trial?
A: Yes, we need a payment method to charge the $7 trial fee. But you won't be charged for your full membership until after the 7-day trial (unless you cancel).
Q: Can I sign up for a package instead of a membership?
A: Absolument! Class packages (25 or 100 classes) work a little differently -- you pay once and use your classes at your own pace within a year. And if you're not satisfied after trying at least 3 different teachers and up to 5 classes, we'll refund your payment in full. No risk!
Q: What if I choose the wrong plan?
A: No worries! You can change your plan anytime from your account settings. Upgrades happen immediately, downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
Q: Will I be charged again after $7?
A: Yes, but only after your 7-day trial ends. You'll be charged the full monthly or 6-month price of your chosen plan. Cancel before the 7 days end to avoid this charge!
Q: I have a referral code. Where do I enter it?
A: You can enter your referral code at the bottom of the final signup page, just below the "Claim your trial class" button. Look for the "Have a referral code?" link.
