While outages are rare at LingoCulture, tech issues can happen. And yes, they can feel a little scary, like showing up to class and finding the door replaced with a baguette 🥖 C’est pas normal!

What We Do When Things Go Wrong

Our team is constantly monitoring the platform. The moment we start getting reports that something’s not working as it should, we:

  1. Ring the internal alarm (no baguettes involved).
  2. Begin investigating the issue immediately.
  3. Work with our tech team to identify and resolve the problem.

If the issue becomes more complex or affects multiple areas of the platform, we’ll:

  • Keep students updated as best we can
  • Offer support and guidance depending on what’s affected
  • Communicate through live chat, email, or platform banners
