How Long Should I Wait?
Wait less than 3 minutes from your scheduled class time. If your teacher still hasn't appeared, it's time to contact us right away. Don't wait longer; the sooner you reach out, the faster we can find a solution.
How to Contact Us
Option 1: Live Chat (Best Option!)
Click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner and send us a message: "Hi! My teacher [Teacher Name] hasn't shown up for my class scheduled at [Time]. I've been waiting in the Zoom room for 3 minutes."
During our support hours, we'll respond within 2 minutes and help you immediately!
Option 2: Email Us
Send a message to [email protected]/[email protected] or reply directly to your class reminder email. Include your name, teacher's name, scheduled class time, and "Teacher didn't show up."
What Happens Next?
If we're available (during support hours):

We'll find a substitute teacher if another is available right now; you won't lose your class time!

Or we'll help you reschedule. For Starter, Lite, Steady, and Hourly plans, your class credit is returned automatically. For Unlimited plans, just book another class whenever you're ready.
If we're outside support hours:

A: We're especially careful with trial experiences! We'll work extra hard to find you a great substitute or reschedule quickly.

A: Very rarely! The vast majority of our classes run smoothly. Our teachers are reliable professionals.
