How to Book a Class: Step-by-Step
Step 1: Go to Your Dashboard
Log in at web.lingoculture.com You'll land on your main dashboard.

Step 2: Click "Book New Class"
Look for the big red button that says "Book new class" — Click it.

Step 3: Choose Your Date
You'll see a calendar showing the current week and upcoming days. Click on the date you want to have your class.
Step 4: Pick Your Time
Once you've selected a date, you'll see time slots in different colors. Click on any white slot to choose your preferred time.

Understanding the Calendar Colors

Step 5: Select Your Teacher
After clicking a time slot, you'll see a list of available teachers on the right side of the screen. Browse through the options and click "Select" next to the teacher you'd like to meet.


Step 6: Book Your Class
Once you've selected a teacher, click the "Book Class" button.
Step 7: Confirm Within 90 Seconds
Here's where timing matters! When you click "Book Class," the system holds that slot just for you so nobody else can grab it. But you need to act fast:

You have 90 seconds to click "Confirm"

A timer will show you how much time remains

If the timer runs out, the slot releases and turns white again

If this happens, simply select it again.
Success! Your Class Is Booked
Felicitations! You'll see a confirmation message on screen, a "Booking Confirmed" email in your inbox, and your class will appear in your "My Lessons" tab.
Common Booking Questions
Q: I don't see any white (available) slots. Why?
A: Teachers update their schedules regularly. Try checking a different day or time, refreshing the page, or coming back in a few hours, new slots open up frequently! Although is uncommon for the full calendar to show as not "available" so please reach out.
Q: The times look wrong or strange. What's happening?
A: Your timezone might not be set correctly. Go to Profile > Settings and update your timezone. The calendar will adjust automatically!
Q: Can I book multiple classes at once?
A: Yes! After booking one class, simply click "Book new class" again and repeat the process or if you have decided who to book you can multiple selects the slots and select the teachers you want to book.

Q: Can I request a specific teacher if they have no available slots?
A: Not directly through the calendar, but you can mark them as a "favorite" to get extended access to their schedule (see What are "favorite" teachers?).
