How do I cancel my subscription and/or get a refund?

First, visit https://web.lingoculture.com and log into your account.

Once you see the dashboard screen, scroll down and click “Billing” on the left under “My Profile”.

 Once you are on the billing page, scroll down and click “Cancel LingoCulture Subscription.

Then, tell us why you are leaving to confirm the cancellation. You will still have access to LingoCulture for all of the time you have paid for.

At the end of the billing period, the cancellation will process, and you’ll lose access. If you’d like to receive a refund, email [email protected].

If it has been less than 14 days since you first signed up, we will give you a full refund. If you want it, we’ll also send you $20 for wasting your time (we will need a Paypal email address for this), but you won't be allowed to rejoin LingoCulture later on.
